Internal notes

This directory holds milestone-style implementation reports that were previously surfaced at the top level of docs/ or inside individual packages. They are kept here as internal context for contributors — they document what was built in a particular session or milestone, not the current state of the project.

For an honest view of what is stable today, see ../CAPABILITY_MATRIX.md. For release-flavoured changes, see ../../CHANGELOG.md.

These documents may be out of date. Treat them as historical notes, not as user-facing reference material.
